great location, amazing views, helpful staff. exceeded my expectations, especially after a previous stay in rio de janeiro. novotel made my early flight and stay enjoyable.

I recently stayed at Novotel in Barra da Tijuca for a week-long vacation. The hotel's location was perfect, right across from the beach with stunning views from the rooms. The staff was extremely supportive and always ready to help with anything we needed. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options. Additionally, taxis were readily available outside 24/7, making it convenient to explore the city.

Can just recommend this hotel.

The room we had included a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and an individual safe. Location: the hotel was just off malls and restaurants, the restaurantes and Copacabana, Ipanema, Leblon or the attractions.

Fairly clean hotel and air conditioned and clean rooms. Breakfast with creamy yoghurts and also scrambed eggs.

The staff at Novotel was incredibly helpful and accommodating. When I had an issue with my room, they quickly moved me to a clean and comfortable one. I was impressed with their prompt response and willingness to make sure I had a pleasant stay. The location of the hotel was also great, just a short walk to the beach. The breakfast spread was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from. I had a positive experience at Novotel and would recommend it to others.

Special mention goes to the front desk staff who were especially helpful. The hotel is brand new and located right across from the beach, offering a great location for business travelers. The beds are comfortable, the internet is reliable, and the room service food is good. The hotel is also very clean. The rooftop pool, though small, offers one of the most amazing views of Rio, specifically Barra. the staff is nice and helpful, making for a pleasant stay.

Amazing beachfront location with easy access to main roads in the area. Absolutely mind-blowing views from the rooftop pool. Super comfortable beds and reliable internet. Great room service food and jaw-dropping cleanliness throughout the hotel. The staff, especially at the front desk and during breakfast, were incredibly kind, respectful, and attentive. Plus, being just a stone's throw away from one of the best beaches in the area was a major bonus.

We had a really nice stay and two things that stood out were the complimentary breakfast and bottled water. the location was great, right across from the beach, and the friendly staff made our stay even better.

The fitness room was a bit small and could use more equipment, and the room felt a bit bland and lacking in character.

I spent my Christmas holidays at a fantastic hotel, where I spent a great time with my family. The hotel was located just a few steps away from a breathtaking beach, which was very convenient for us. the staff was very welcoming and helpful, always willing to give us advice about the best places to visit. , the hotel offered a delicious breakfast, full of fresh fruits and tasty dishes. Above all, we enjoyed the beautiful pool, which was the perfect spot to relax after hours of sightseeing.

The only drawback we had at the hotel was that some of the rooms were dated, and the bathroom was not in the best condition. Despite this, the room was spacious and clean, and the view of the beach compensated for this issue.

The location of the hotel is convenient since it is "straight across from the beach" and "great access to main roads in Barra." Restaurants nearby serve good food, and there is also a selection "just across the beach" for those who want to dine by the sea.

The hotel fails to provide enough toiletries and extra cutlery, leaving guests frustrated and wanting more.
